Last updated: March 2026 Ms. Digit ("the app") is designed with children's privacy as a top priority. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a parent or guardian. 1. Data We Collect Ms. Digit collects the minimum data necessary to operate: • Child profiles — first name and grade level, entered by the parent. No email address, date of birth, or any other personal information is collected from children. • Learning progress — lesson completions, XP, streaks, and topic scores. Stored locally on the device by default. • Parent Apple ID — only if the parent activates Classroom Cloud Save. We use Sign in with Apple to create a secure cloud account. We never see your Apple ID password. 2. Data We Do Not Collect • We do not collect names, emails, or any personal information from children • We do not serve ads or track users for advertising purposes • We do not share any data with third parties for marketing • We do not use analytics SDKs or behavioural tracking 3. Cloud Save (Classroom subscribers only) If you purchase Ms. Digit's Classroom and activate Cloud Save, your family's progress is encrypted and stored securely using Supabase, a GDPR-compliant cloud provider. The data stored includes lesson progress, XP, and streak information — linked to your anonymous Apple ID, not to any personal details. You can delete all cloud data at any time from Parent Settings → Delete Cloud Data. 4. In-App Purchases All purchases are handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We do not process, store, or have access to any payment information. 5. Children's Privacy (COPPA) Ms. Digit is designed for use by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. All profile data is entered by parents and stored locally on the device. No child data is transmitted to our servers. 6. Data Retention Local data remains on your device until you delete the app. Cloud data (Classroom subscribers) is retained until you delete it from Parent Settings or contact us to request deletion. 7. Your Rights You have the right to access, correct, or delete any data we hold. To request data deletion or ask questions about your data, contact us at the address below. 8.
